Follow Your Passion- TRANSCRIPT

The two things that stop people from following their passion or doing what they love. There’s a saying that says if you do what you love you’ll never work a day in your life again which in my case…

I started my working career off as a policeman from there I went on to work in 19 different countries, now I do mainly digital marketing which is completely different to what I did anything. I mean I have a master’s degree in risk and safety management that’s got bugger all to do with digital marketing, but I love what I do so I went and educated myself further on it.

I went through all kinds of stuff was family telling there “But you’ve got such a good job on the Wall Riggs. Why do you want to do this thing now? It won’t work”. I don’t give a shit what anybody tells you to follow your passions and prove them wrong.

Don’t sit and tell the whole world about you’re going to do something; your action speaks louder than words. You don’t see guys like Steve Jobs, he didn’t tell the whole world I’m going to start Apple, he just went ahead and did it. His action spoke and that’s what you should do.

Discard the negativity. Follow your passions love your passions and you will have such an amazing life. Yes, I don’t have the amount of money I used to have, but money truly doesn’t bring that much happiness.

A lot of people are saying I’d much rather drive a Ferrari than in a Corolla. I’ll: ” Yeah you haven’t tried that yet, my friend.”. Happiness is passion, is more than just money.
