Overcome Failure- TRANSCRIPT
If you could identify what it feels like just before you give up.
Maybe you feel discouraged or overwhelmed or frustrated or... there's a feeling and that feeling then leads to the decision.
So can you maybe choreograph a new a way of responding to that same feeling if that feeling ever comes up again. Because it will.
Yeah.
You'll eventually... something's going to happen you're going to hit a wall.
And it might be because you're meeting up against some old negative beliefs or maybe you're just working too hard.
But at that moment you've got to have a better strategy than you have in the past and maybe the strategy is okay the next time I feel that way I'm going to call somebody up or I'm going to take a day off and take a nap or I'm going to invent one new thing.
Create a strategy that will take you through the next time you encounter the same obstacle you used to.
