Focus on What You Want – TRANSCRIPT
One of the things that I try to do as much as possible is to focus on what I want, instead of what I don’t want.
So for example, it could be that… again I have a lot of kids so when they’re home lately, so that’s what’s on my mind.
But I could see for example if they leave a mess, I won’t say don’t leave a mess I’ll say you know let’s clean up.
So I focus on what I want as much as possible. And it’s not always easy because you always have to remember to focus on what you want.
It’s easy for people to get into a state where they are seeing what they don’t want and they’re upset about what they see and they focus on that aspect.
One of the things I try to do is see what I don’t like and say but what would I rather have and move in that direction.
