Give advice to that person.
How he or she can bring it back to the world, to boost their mood.
Yeah, I mean I think everyone deals with something like that and I think the year I switched over my podcast used to be just me talking about things and it switched to an interview format March 2019 a month after my grandfather passed away to kind of help me cope with that I think.
So it's kind of recharging and recalibrating and I think everything starts with kind of a healthy habit to get your mind right so that can simply be you know waking up earlier, going for a run, going for a walk, working out earlier or having some kind of physical and activity I think it's important and to rise kind of your endorphin levels and get you more focused in that sense.
But developing healthy habits and especially habits in the morning. So things like not checking your cell phone, meditating, reading something, reading a quote having a vision board and kind of looking at it and figuring that out like what is driving you if it's that if it's important if it's still important to you if you need to recalibrate because there's nothing wrong with pivoting.
So, like you said if you start a business maybe you hit a dead-end and that's not the direction or it failed but take something from that learn from that failure and then pivot into a different direction where you can possibly be successful.
