What To Do To Grow Business- TRANSCRIPT
The bravest thing I have done in the area of money... okay that's good.
When you first start a business I think you're scared to often not everyone but you're scared to spend money because you think like oh you know I can learn it online or you know you don't want to invest in people for lots of things, because you think there isn't a lot of you haven't got a lot of money in the early stage of business.
And I think when my business started to change was when I started to invest and I started to kind of take risks and spend money on things that I believe were the right thing to do to help the business to grow and help me have more of an impact.
So, I would say it was those early stages where I didn't have very much cash in the business but I would use my personal cash to invest in the business.
I think it’s probably the bravest thing.
Hmm, okay and what's the lesson that you learnt and you can share with someone that let's say right now wants to start a business and he has everything figured out, the entire business plan and everything but let's say the bravery is missing?
I think the thing is that you have to very much.... when you have a vision for a business you have to very much trust in yourself and trust in your gut and not take too many outside opinions or advice.
You have to kind of dig deep into what your true motivation is to start that business and then just completely live that vision no matter what people say no matter what scary things come up no matter the negative comments or the things that go wrong.
And I think that's like true courage is when you start getting knocks and you just keep pushing forward you go oh there's a knock there's an off and you just keep going you don't quit.
So that would be my suggestion.
